I wrote a song for my mumma last night. A bit of background story: This whole song was completed in less than an hour. The lyrics just came to me, and then I went on YouTube to search for a … Continue reading Angel’s Wings
If anyone still reads this blog, Happy New Year ❤ What a year this has been, huh? I find myself constantly coming back to this page, wondering if I should start writing again. I find it almost pointless to write … Continue reading Dear 2021, please be good.
Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber recently did a charity collaboration for Covid-19, and the song “Stuck With U” is absolutely stunning. Gives me the feels! It is a tough one to sing, but I am obsessed with it so I … Continue reading This song will always take me back to the year 2020
Before the Term 1 school holidays, some of you may be aware that we have decided to keep the kids home even two weeks before school was officially closed due to the infamous Covid-19 pandemic crisis. I never thought that my first post of 2020 will be this extraordinary… this year so far has brought on things we never even imagined we would experience in our lifetime. The world all came together in support financially and physically, and the community did all they could to help in any way possible. And now, whilst we are still recovering from that major crisis, comes this global pandemic crisis. We are now … Continue reading We Live in a New World #covid19 #coronavirus

We had that opportunity last school holidays, and stayed two nights at The Waves – the location is perfect! Directly facing Cowes beach, across the road from the playground, and walking distance to shops and restaurants. We had a fabulous time and … Continue reading Phillip Island, Victoria

Mums have it hard because generally speaking, the mums are typically the parent who spends more time physically looking after the kids and the home while the dads are at work. In this day and age though, a lot of the “normal” situations may look different. A lot of modern women have gone straight back to work after giving birth, and more and more stay-at-home dads are emerging, and not to mention the households with two mums or … Continue reading Mumcations for the Soul ❤
This one is a bit of a more personal post for me… and I’ve decided to write this because it has been a while since I properly jotted down my thoughts. It took me a long time to realize this, … Continue reading Happiness Comes from Within
